Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to get my drill?

It usually takes a month and a half from the time I receive all music/scores and band information. For new clients, I send the opener within two weeks. This allows me to receive feedback (it’s too hard/it’s not hard enough, etc...) and do a rewrite if needed.

Does drill include coordinates?

Yes.

Will the drill writer work with me?

Yes. I am happy to incorporate ideas from band directors into their drill.

Is it free?

Not unless they’ve changed the definition of ‘free’.

Is the drill done on computer?

Yes. All drill is written using Pyware Java. Drill sheets and coordinate sheets are clear and easy to read.

How much are rewrites?

During the marching season, many bands lose numbers due to grades. I will do one rewrite for free for each band, but each additional rewrite costs $100.

Who will be coming to my school to do a guard clinic?

Our clinician staff for guard consists of primarily instructors with drum corps experience. Most of them are music education graduates or majors. I only select guard clinicians that have a firm grasp of proper teaching etiquette.

How much does it cost to write drill/music?

My prices are very competitive with other drill designers and music arrangers. Please call or e-mail for a personal quote.
